Prerequisites
Please make sure you fulfill the following requirements before proceeding with installation:
- A JIRA Server instance with a valid license.
- Chrome, Firefox or Safari
Internet Explorer is supported, but with some minor bugs.
Installing QaSpace
Installing Mapster is done by accessing the marketplace through JIRA's Manage Add-ons page:
- Log in to JIRA as a user with the 'JIRA System Administrators' global permission.
- Open the Cog menu at the top right of your JIRA window and click Add-ons
- Find QaSpace in the list of available add-ons and click the Install button.
- Wait while add-on will be installed
Test your QaSpace installation
Click on 'Tests' button on main Jira menu bar.
Disabling QaSpace
To disable QaSpace:
- Log in as a user with the 'JIRA System Administrators' global permission.
- Open the Cog menu at the top right of your JIRA window and click Add-ons
- Find QaSpace in the list of available add-ons and click the Manage button.
- Click the 'Disable' button.
Updating QaSpace
To disable QaSpace:
- Log in as a user with the 'JIRA System Administrators' global permission.
- Open the Cog menu at the top right of your JIRA window and click Add-ons
- Find QaSpace in the list of available add-ons and click the Manage button.
- Click the 'Uninstall' button.
- Download new version of plug-in from marketplace page
- Click 'Upload add-on' and choose downloaded file.
